Natural dyein at home

Let's start dyeing!

  1. Tie up the cloth with rubber band.
Fold the cloth freely and tie up two or three sites tightly with rubber bands. Tied part resists from being dyed, and designs are formed in the white background.
  2. Soak in hot water before dyeing.
Soak the cloth in hot water of around 40 degrees Celsius to make the dye penetrate well.
  3. Boil the cloth in dye.
Pour 600cc (about three cups) of water and oolong tea into the bowl and boil it gently for 30 minutes.
